Telling Stories – Columbus/Newark Ohio Senior Photographer : Madison

Don’t you love a good story? Whether it’s an excellent plot line to a movie or a page-turner of a book, we find ourselves wrapped up in the characters, words and emotions of a good story. It’s always amazing to me how you can “read” someone by seeing them in an honest, simple way also. Photography is a lot of things to a lot of people, but one of the characteristics I find most appealing is how a single, flat image can tell a story. You catch a smile in a look. You see the beginnings of a tear in the eye of the groom as his new bride approaches. You feel the passion of a dancer or an athlete as they push their bodies into an unusual position. These moments, all frozen by the lens. Little segments of time, forever remembered.

These are exactly the kind of moments we want to help our clients capture! Moments that can take an ordinary field of “weeds”…

and tell the story of a beautiful Senior named Madison that sat in those “weeds” during her senior session and enjoyed the morning with her mom and me!

I’m not a huge fan of bragging because I think the art should speak for it’s self. So, let me just say that we are EXTREMELY FOND of telling EXCELLENT stories about the lives of our clients and would LOVE to help you tell yours! If you know a junior who will be ready this coming summer to put their memories into our camera we would love to talk to them! We only shoot a limited number of seniors per year so let us know as soon as possible so we can get them on the calendar before we get booked up! Happy Friday everyone! (and ps, He didn’t stay in that grave so remember to CELEBRATE a LIVING Jesus this Sunday!)

Let us know what you think!
