New Years Eve Wedding – Columbus/Newark Ohio Wedding Photography : Daniel + Diane Pt.2

Sometimes words aren’t needed to make up a story. Sometimes the pictures are enough! 🙂 This is a what is called the “First Look” and it gives the couple such a unique time to not only see each other for the first time, but also to spend just a few intimate moments alone enjoying each other’s presence on their special day (that is usually very very busy and not open to “quiet time together!”).  Here is Daniel and Diane’s “first look” moments!

I have the amazing privileged of working with some GREAT people in my line of work! This New Years Eve I got the opportunity to work with this beautiful couple!

personal pause:

I have a bit of a confession to make about photography: Outside of taking pictures, one of my FAVORITE things to do is people watch. I could sit on the bench in the mall or in Grand Central all day long and observe people. I love watching the interactions, imagining the stories that they are writing with their daily actions, movements, fights, kisses, and hand-holding! It is ever interesting to me! Now that I’m a hired to be places as the photographer, I get to enjoy this little passion AND people get to see what I see 🙂 It’s truly a match made in heaven, I love capturing moments and my clients love having them to enjoy forever! 🙂

Now, back to the story! 🙂

Daniel and Diane were legally married two years ago (right before boot camp for Daniel) at which point he made his lovely new bride a promise of a “real” wedding to celebrate with the families soon! Neither of them expected that “soon” to take 2 years!! But, as all good men do, he kept his promise and NYE 2012, they shared the evening with guests from the Oregon, Florida and here in central Ohio as they again promised their love, affection and undying commitment to each other and now, also to their little 7 month old baby girl, Olivia! This was TRULY a celebration for their families and not only because it was New Years Eve, but also because of the beautiful love that these two share!
